First Point Fitness has been established for over 2 years. It is based in Abingdon, on Audlett Drive, just next to Waitrose.
In 2022 we saved a group of ladies who were cast out when their gym shut with no warning or explanation, we started with a handful of wonderful women and have grown our community of amazing ladies week on week ever since.
We feel safer than ever, being nestled within the Can Do Martial Arts Dojo building, on the first floor in our own private space.
Letās face it ā There are a lot of big gyms out there. Open 24/7 and full of fit people, getting sweaty and lifting heavy. So why choose us? Well because we are like a family. We are made up of women who chose to be first, become their best, look after one another, support one another and have fun together while striving to reach common goals.
What makes us special?
At FPF you can find out for yourself with a free trial. If you have felt awkward in a gym, uncomfortable or that you don't have people around you that understand your story, then look no further, because this is why we are different. All our women have been there, and found a better way.
Like all things in life it takes commitment and hard work to achieve the important results.

Originally trainer at Ladies only gym Fitness in Time, Jacqui joined First Point Fitness in 2022 bringing a wealth of experience with her and a clear and confident passion for coaching too.
Jacqui is the corner stone of our community at First Point Fitness, someone everyone loves to be around and see each day they work out.
When you book your free 1-2-1 fitness assessment, you'll meet our captain and she will help set and plan your goals and hold you accountable on your journey to success, guiding you every step of the way.
A private class just for women who want to burn fat, build muscle and feel good.
WEIGHT LOSS & FITNESS GAINS: Circuit training at First Point and HIIT classes are great fun but it is also and incredible way to burn fat, build lean muscle and feel good!
āCOACHING WHEN YOU NEED IT: Motivation can come and go but our amazing coach will ensure you always get the most out of your work out and check up on you if she hasn't seen you in a while.
